First time at this hotel. Chose this hotel for the proximity to work. Location is great with most of the historical place close by and shopping markets too. Here is the detailed feedback for the 2 nights Pre Arrival ************** Booked through Make My Trip. Had categorically mentioned my preferences. One of them was not selecting the smoking room option. Hence, by default the Non-Smoking room should have been offered. Upon Arrival at the hotel, I requested the Reception team to show me the room first. As I walked in to the room a whiff of cigarette smoke was smelt straight away. I had to communicate once again that I require a Non-Smoking Room The same was offered in some time. Day 1 & 2 ************** Day 1 & 2 - Food - Breakfast Experience (chargeable) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A fixed menu was available with options of Cornflakes or Muesli, Juice. Tea OR Coffee, Eggs were to be served with Grilled or pan roasted tomato, Slice of Soft or toasted bread, South Indian Idli with Chutney, Potato Paratha, Poha OR Puri Sabji OR Upma and 2 more options. From the above, the menu became even more limited: - No Coffee - Eggs without grilled or pan roasted tomato - From the Poha OR Puri Sabji, OR Upma and 2 more options. Only Upma was available. - No Chutney with Idli Besides the above, Ordered Muesli with hot milk on day 1. The chef heated the milk in mini jug which gave out a burn smell, thus, adding that smell to the milk which spoilt the taste. Day 1 - Food - Dinner --------------------------------- Ordered Vegetarian Pulao with Raita When the food came to the room, the steward missed out on the Raita. Hence, had to wait 10 minutes for the Raita to come along with one more round of Vegetarian Pulao with compliments. Day 1 - Room --------------------- Room was cosy and good enough to sleep comfortably with all the basic comforts. Felt the need for ventilation. As there is a window but it cannot be opened. Day 2 - Breakfast --------------------------- Ordered for Idli Sambar and Poha Sambar was overly spicy with strong taste of some unknown spices. When asked how was the Sambar made. The steward said they used ready made Sambar Masala from the market and didn't make it fresh. Could eat it, apologies for not eating the food. The Poha was not tasty at all and was semi hard to eat. Had to ask for a simple Potato Paratha with curd to fill the stomach. Day 2 - Dinner ----------------------- Had Paneer Makhani with Cumin Rice. The gravy was surprisingly spicy with no sweetness. Tasted more like Paneer Kadhai which is normally spicy. General Feedback ********************* The hotel has a process in place where once the meal or any kind of paid service at the hotel is used payment is to be done immediately. Not being used to this. When the dinner on the first day came to the room. The steward immediately asked me to clear the bill. I had to tell him. Can I have the food first and than pay. As I am going to be here for 2 days. Nonetheless, I did receive a reminder email with the payment link 1 hours later to clear the amount. From there on all payments were cleared immediately after meal consumption. The meal options at the hotel are very limited. Main course has only 7-8 combo dishes. Option to order from Swiggy or Zomato is also available. The hot water in the shower was not really hot. Was rather luke warm or less. Especially when you are in a city which has extreme weather conditions, especially winter. The team ought to make sure all rooms get their hot water. I would recommend this hotel for the sheer good location but service standards and processes requires a lot of improvement.

I had booked the stay here for my uncle and he was really impressed by the cleanliness and sophistication provided. The only major drawback was though, absence of lift, which proved too cumbersome for him as he had knee issues and steps were a little steep. That's the only thing to keep in mind before booking here.

The location is very nice, walking distance to Jangpura metro station gate 2. Rooms are a bit small but doable. They also have a cafe and lounge area for guests. Breakfast menu is quite limited, but food is nice. They offer good speed free wifi and unlimited tea coffee in lobby on each floor which is quite convenient. Overall a nice stay but if its two people staying the bed becomes a bit weird as it's in a corner.

Very clean rooms and quality mattresses for a good sleep. Good ambience. The best part is the staff who are very respectful, and always willing to help us in every way possible. Will stay here next time

Wow. Just like the photos. Very safe and decent and independent establishment. Give a lot of space to the guests. Rooms are decently spacious, toilet and bathroom are seperate inside the rooms, very clean. Amenities like iron and hair dryers can be asked for from the reception. 24/7 free water, coffee, tea. Lounge area and cafe also available, very good location to get up and about within the city. Price was a bit on the higher end, but, worth it. Definitely must/can stay spot if you're going alone, friends or family.

Absolutely delighted. The ambience, hospitality and the atmosphere around the hotel is neat and clean. It's good for all kind of people. Even for single back packers, families, friends. The rooms looks smaller and have all basic amenities like bed ,blanket, one chair and table with toiletries.. But do not expect more facilities like wardrobe and lockers. They clean the rooms and provide the basic amenities on daily basis. You'll get hot water 24/7 which was helpful during the winner. Jangpura metro station is very close and you can connect to all the places from here. There is nothing negative about this place. One notable point is the cost is little higher But compared to other nearby hotels it's less. Food was tasty with good quality & quantity but costly. Otherwise all the other services good.

I really loved the vibes here. The rooms are small but cute .... Their bed was comfy and enough for two. Loved the minimilastic design, They have a working table with a table lamp which most of the hotels don't have. Staff is understanding and ready to help you 24/7. Extremely recommended.
