β β β β β Pathetic attitude of the owner as well as the workers. They will first screw up your dresses and then shout at you if you crib about the poor quality. According to them you should not utter a word against their work, however bad it may be. Even if something is genuinely poor, they will tell you that the quality is top notch and you are shouting just for the heck of it!
On your face they will initially talk to you as if you are their most prized customer and once you are gone, they will start laughing at you and cribbing about you. And if you are still fool enough to continue there for more time, they will start ignoring you since "you are an old customer, you won't go anywhere". (Yes, that's what the fat lady said right in front of me while talking to her son on the phone) I don't know why does she even run that boutique if her only priority in life is to talk to her son!
A total no no for the attitude of the owner and workers!
PS- Giving that one star because zero is not an option!

β β β β β I can safely say that this is the best place for you to get your wardrobe custom designed! I have lived in cities like Delhi and Hyderabad, and never have i ever come across such a place where you are attended with utmost respect by the designer herself!
This lady with an experience of over 35 years of fashion designing, knows it all and how, this designer has unfathomable knowledge of textiles, fabrics even the tiniest of sequins/beads are of top notch quality!
I have got a huge variety of my clothes designed from her right from sarees, suits, cocktail dresses, gowns, lehngas, tops, blazers, and the list is actually endless!! She always comes up with bestest possible design solutions, and know what it fits perfectly into my budget!!
So I would give a double-double thumbs up to this boutique whether or not your in Nagpur city, if you're out of Nagpur and still want your clothes custom design, you can blindly trust for the quality and the fabulous designs of course!!
Coming to the designer herself, the ever smiling lady will surely win your heart (she has found a fan in me already and so many other people I know) from managing all her clients to her workers and the works going on in the workshop, I have seen her to attend to each and everything personally, and thats exactly what is the secret behind the success that "BLOSSOM" is.

β β β β β They design clothes well. Fitting is usually perfect at the first go. The owner has an aesthetic sense which reflects in her suggestion of designs & patterns. Though her suggestion would only be refinement of your rough ideas about the garment to be stitched.
You need to have atleast a month's time in your hand if you want to get a dress stitched or styled as that is the minimum time they need to get it done from their tailors. Their claim of busy all year round sounds hypothetical during an off season. A minimum of 20 days if you are ready to pay exorbitant charges for that. Charges wise they are towards the higher side.
