★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entry into the hotel restaurant seemed very nice. Some foods are good. Service was not upto the mark. Had to remind twice to get the order served. Manchow soup orderd did not have any quality of the name, Chiken tandoori was so so,, you can get better locally than here, best was squids dish, wanted to order sizzlers initially but they said it's gonna take real long and better skip it. This was as if they wanted to back to sleep soon. pocket friendly at the end of the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the terrace banquet hall for an event. For the month of July. On the day of the event we realized the terrace was leaking, they said they will arrange the party in the lower hall which was much smaller for our crowd. It was raining that day and water kept on pouring in the hall, and their waiters kept on wiping it. It was terrible as there were kids and older people as guests who cud have slipped. They shud have informed us before taking the booking rather then giving us a useless option. Food is just about OK. Better halls nearby like Sai palace and Tunga where the food is superb and better management

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outside Bar opened recently and some of the useless old staff including the most arrogant man who is in suite is back, this man acts like a steward, waiter and manager, but is one of the third class staff in all hotels combined in the MIDC area. Had met the general manger last year and recommended to put him inhouse, but guess even the GM is as useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Hotel/ Restaurants in Marol with very good service. The rates are moderate. The staff are very co operative. The hotel has got ample parking Space. The hotel is ideal for food group programs also. The sea food items are also very good. The Non Vegetarian platter is the best and reasonably priced.
