★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to live in it is near to the kharadi IT park and near to kalyani nagar so it convinint for the IT people to travel. It is near to hadapsar bypass so it is well connected to magarpatta city and people travelling to nagar and other location can get the bus from kharadi bypass. The society has a small clubhouse and swimming pool though the smimming pool is of no much use but he rooms are bid with proper balcony provuded. The society has three wing A,B,C of which C is newer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall Society needs lots of improvement. Builder has given almost everything in the limited space. However society is not maintained. Though flats are really good and size of the flats are very nice.

Eon IT and World Trade Center are very near. Ideal residential area for IT professionals.
