★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even worth 1 star. They are wrongly updating delivery confirmation and when asked the reason they're giving excuses like Contact Number was switched off.
Firstly, it was not switched off. Secondly, like, if it was switched off why have you updated it as delivered instead of attempting next day.
And finally when I raised it to Mumbai head office and got local number, their delivery person Sanjeev Prajapati misbehaved on call when asked by when it will get delivered.
I addressed him politely as Sanjeev Prajapati ji, and enquired about my package and it's ETA. Instead of confirming on time he kept on repeating "Apka number band tha, meri koi galti nahi h", but I never mentioned about anyone's fault. All I'm interested is in my package. When I tried to keep conversation to the point and assertively asked to confirm delivery time. He accussed me only of misbehaving out of nowhere. So I told him to behave properly and just deliver my package.
PS: when writing this review waiting for package to arrive. Hopefully it'll arrive, will keep posted.
