The person in the delivery office are very rude
No one tries to call / reach out to you

Every small courier partner finds the address. But not these "giants" in the industry.

I got the parcel from Xpressbees, delhivery, Ekart, Amazon but Bluedart marked as incorrect address from 4 days and still not delivering it. If their is any option of negative star they should deserve that

How can anyone believe in this cheap delivery application. this is open fraud for costumers. even they didnt call you when the parcel received by blue dart, and they didnt pick up your call. they just leave by making excuses that address is incorrect. blue dart not deserve + ratings,i think it not deserve anymore ratings

Never use BLUEDART service.
They marked my order as "Customer Address Incorrect" whereas my address is totally correct.
Their delivery boys don't want to work. They never deliver on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can avoid it, please do and ship via any other courier service. It's been multiple times that I need to escalate my shipments through customer care even when they're received in the office early morning and still don't go out for delivery the same day(even when the expected delivery day agreement was already breached).
