★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless service. Every time I have to go and collect the parcels. They will show address not traceable even though the address is in detail. Their customer service numbers are wrong. They don't pickup local numbers. After a dozen times they don't care answering the whereabouts of parcels.
Utterly useless service at high costs. Companies use these services so we have to bear. I strongly recommend not to use Bluedart or DHL. This is not a one time experience but repeated episodes over a couple of years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think I know this company since 1987 if not mistaken. Those days they used to charge Rs 50 for delivery fro Rajkot to Kolkata for next day delivery. They would deliver without fail . I am satisfied from that time. What to say more. They have set and maintained the standards. Keep it up

Worst delivery experience. No intimation call. Pathetic customer service. Awful in-office staff. I will not recommend Blue Dart service from this branch period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching for a negative rating, infact, as I have get my HDFC credit card which was out from bank on 15th mar and yet it's 20th mar, still they haven't delivered. Such unprofessional people works here that without a single call, just delivering the sms of client not available. Post receipt of the message I realises that they haven't called me and just putting onus on me of not being at home. Called thier customer care number, after twice escalation too, am still frustrating to get my credit card. I request HDFC Bank and other not to send the card or other services from BLUE DART. Earlier had good image of this courier service, but all gone by this branch. ???

Their site neither shows the real-time status, or is the delivery done till 9th, nor is the expected date of delivery refreshed/corrected.
The customer just doesn't know whether to remain indoors or whether he can go out for office
