★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will tell you my experience. First of all , seriously the franchise for bluedart handling in Bhagalpur should be given to someone else . They don't have courtesy to call and inform about, if the delivery is going to happen or not. For me, the consignment was to be delivered far from Bhagalpur. The bluedart from Bhagalpur office told that they donot deliver to my address, I have to come and collect it by myself. Meanwhile I called bluedart customer support they told we have delivery service for your pincode . Bluedart Bhagalpur is too worse to be told . Such a renowned delivery partner , your reputation is at stake because of the poor attitude towards the customer and delivery .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever....I had ordered the product from nykaa...they sent it through blue dart ...it has been 15 days since the product has reached bhagalpur...bur they didn't deliver it....they didn't even tried reaching the location just told me when I called them that they don't provide service at my location....so it's being delayed they said they will deliver it next day...and kept saying the same thing everytime I called them.....worst service ever....then they had the guts to tell me to come to the office and pick it myself......I don't know why are these guys even accept the delivery consignment if they can't just deliver it....these guyz are just horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. It shows as "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed" however I did not receive any call. When I tried calling them they are not picking up the call . Very unprofessional behaviour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IDK why isn't there any ZERO star rating, bcos these guys don't deserve even 1 star.
They never call, neither do they provide any phone number, I have never received any of my parcel at home, IDK why my office is choosing BlueDart every time.
Instead of they delivering us, they expect us to go to their location and pick it up. When I went to receive it, I saw that they have status like ... not locatable, phone no. not reachable .... every single time they give excuses.
Blue Dart should stop operating in Bhagalpur.
Even after updating customers with a "out for delivery" message, they don't bother to deliver, or even call and inform if they can't do it on the same day.
Moreover, they have the audacity to update false information, like customer not available, incorrect address and what not.
