These people neither call the consignee not visit the location, but simply update the status like Invalid Address (or) Not Reachable and some silly reasons. This Franchise is Money Oriented, Troubling Customer. I personally complained to Head Office couple of times about the same issue but no improvement from the franchise. Today Also one more consignment for me from my Bank, they updated as Invalid Consignee Address upon seeing the status I've visited personally and collected the consignment and informed the franchise owner about the issue but they are not active .. Pathetic Service

These people neither call the consignee nor visit the location, but simply update the status like consignee is out of station. i have a parcel from citi bank which they have not delivered and planning to send it to bank again upon seeing the status i called them, they asked me to come and collect instead of delivering to my address. Today Also one more consignment for me from another Bank, they updated as Invalid Consignee Address again i have to go and collect again... Worst & Pathetic Service
