They don't take your parcel our for delivery and update website as incorrect or incomplete address despite having complete address. theg won't even call you kn provided number. This is there ugly tactic as they don't have enough delivert staff so they keep on update tracking website with lame reson.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They provide really poor and bad service when it comes to delivering products. The delivery person's contact info is never provided. The delivery is never done on the estimated day. And then you have to figure out a way to deal with all this. Rude and unacceptable behaviour from bluedart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery service. They'll not even contact you in case they are not able to locate your address and return the courier with false acclaims. They have no customer service or remedial system in place. I'm surprised that few businesses still use this!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good services, sometimes bit late. Also I want to make one thing clear to all, please be aware of searching its customers service no. Online on Google or any site, it may leads to online cyber fraud. If the parcel is urgent, just go directly to its office .

Customer care support need to improve. There is no way to contact delivery person if courier is out for delivery. Also customer care number went unanswered after 5.59PM. Also local delivery office contact details are not well written on web site.
