Blue Dart’s commitment towards the betterment of the environment and communities has been unwavering since its inception in 1983. Over the years, the company has been consistently reporting on its corporate responsibility performance, and each year, expanding its scope to include a higher number of beneficiaries that can be impacted. As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, Blue Dart runs various programs for the upliftment of disadvantaged, vulnerable, underprivileged and marginalized sections of society. All programs are classified under the 3 pillars of Living Responsibility – GoTeach, GoGreen and GoHelp. These include students and young adults from poor financial backgrounds, hearing impaired, women, senior citizens, etc. in areas of education, preventive healthcare, women empowerment, sanitation, waste management etc.

Blue Dart has partnered with several non-profit organizations of high repute in various capacities to run programs that are aligned under the 3 pillars. Blue Dart works closely with each of its NGO partners to identify the stakeholders and beneficiaries of each intervention. Blue Dart also extends assistance to various NGOs by providing free of cost logistics support to them. The company reaches out to help in the best possible way to support NGOs that work for the elderly, less privileged children, disabled people, those providing relief material in disaster hit areas and many more noteworthy causes.

As part of DPDHL Group, Blue Dart also celebrates Global Volunteer Day (GVD), an opportunity to employees, partners, customers and various other stakeholders to become responsible citizens and conducting initiatives that benefit the environment, communities and society. In 2017, Global Volunteer Day (GVD) was celebrated from 18th September to 1st October, Great volunteering efforts were witnessed from over 4,209 XBU employees who spent over 10,501 employee hours and came together to participate in various activities under the GoGreen, GoHelp and GoTeach pillars. GVD is an opportunity for employees, partners, customers and various other stakeholders to become responsible citizens by helping those in need. Volunteers participated in various initiatives which included blood donation drives, planting saplings, teaching children from marginalized sections of society, cleaning their schools and volunteering time with senior citizens and underprivileged children in many old age homes and orphanages.

One panthers worst experience I have this time. The delivery is a package took exactly 9 days... Yes, I am not kidding it took them 9 days to deliver a package. Because of this I had to encounter a loss of INR 4,200. Pathetic Service by Mohali Blue Dart.

I had received one consignment no #20280483565 on 11.01.2022 through BlueDart whereas now my consignment no 39044325585 dated 04.04.2022,having same address, has not been delivered stating the reason address is not located. BlueDart service has become very poor.BlueDart has to strengthen it's services to stand in market

My order has been delayed fir 5 days now due to bluedart mohali. I can’t understand why are they in this business if they can’t deliver anyone’s parcel on time. After reading a lot of reviews i now know that they are a fraud. I will have to eventually go to their office to collect my order. Pathetic service. They should shut down this office.

Its been a week now, haven’t received my parcel. I dont know how other companies having a contract with them… they should stop working with them straight away. And it was a bank document coming from Chandigarh to mohali. Can’t believe them.

I wish there was the option of ZERO or NEGATIVE rating, then I would have given that to this company.They couldn't deliver my 3 NYKAA orders that were due on 23rd March 2022. But I never got any SMS/E-mail/WhatsApp message from their side regarding the status of my 3 parcels. All they do is at the end of every working day they put up a template like "Consignee Out Of Station," "Prohibited Area-Entry restricted for delivery," "Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed," "Consignee's Address Unlocatable," and keep on postponing the delivery till they return the order back to the company from where it was ordered. Also, they have no number other than the toll-free customer service number on which you can contact them. So, they don't have to face the customer directly and answer to them for their sheer lazy and unprofessional behaviour. The Bluedart staff is just sitting on their chairs, leisuring away their time in the office. I wonder who is paying them this free salary for doing nothing and harassing the customer?? But anyways, this is by far the MOST PATHETIC DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDER I have ever encountered. I also requested NYKAA on their customer service number to not employ such a cruddy and useless company for delivery anymore.

Poor service. I had 3 different shipments this month that came through blue dart mohali. All of the shipments are delayed. Even 1 day delivery come after 3-4 days (for which you pay additionally so that the shipment reached you early) Shipment keeps on sitting in their mohali warehouse for days. Had to ask the company which sent me the parcel to ask these guys to send it to my address from the mohali warehouse. (There is no way I can contact blue dart. Their helpline number doesn't work, they don't reply to emails) Once out for delivery, without even attempting to deliver they mark it as consignee not available. I was waiting for my shipment at home because I got a message that it will arrive that day. (No call, no delivery attempt and they put it on the customer that he is not available) --- PATHETIC Once shipment reaches your address, they delivery person doesn't delivery it to your door. You need to go to the delivery person wherever he is standing (doesn't deliver at door step)

Such a responsible persons that no one is sitting there everything will be left as it is. No one is coming there. This is the way they are dealing with the fast services. No officials responded there

They don't have any staff. 1 receptionist is sitting who looks tired of handling everything. They will never send you update that why package is delayed. I eventually went myself to pickup and it took over an hour to find the package. Not a good experience
