★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service ever. They do not call you for delivery attempts and then we get to know that we were untraceable or unavailable for delivery of parcel. Calling the office is of no use as no one is going to answer your call. On top of that, central helpline number is as useless in solving issue and they give non-sense reasons for delayed service. Other not-so-famous courier services are better at handling such issues.
