Not answer a question simply and there is a confusion between blue dart lalbazar and banuchappar . This is on map but The banuchappar branch is not on map so it is hard to find them. ? For a new customer.
They should resolve this problem.
And Yes delivery is late . The parcel sometimes didn't get delivered to the customer on the day which is provided.
