β β β β β I don't even wanna give one star to them. Horrible service!! Inspite of the package received 3 days back they are keeping it on hold for no reasons. After several follow-up calls that I made every time they promised to deliver it next working day.Lastly what i see in the tracking details is amazing- 'address unlocatable!! Blue dart people can never locate the address and they will neither call u to confirm the address. Unfortunately the company through which I ordered my stuff had a tie up wd dem so can't help it.It was urgent and they have shipped it on time but these blue dart ppl coz of their poor service delayed it.

β β β β β The worst courier service ever experienced. They won't even respond if we call them.
If it is mentioned on the parcel to call the customer and deliver, they won't even call and redirect parcel to vendor.
Even customer service is the worse service I experienced. If I ask for some cause they reply for other.
One last point, they can deliver even after the office hours. Surprisingly, the out for delivery and problem time have 1 minute variation.

β β β β β One of the most pathetic over-hyped courier company with a bunch of irresponsible and negligent delivery persons who do not even attempt to deliver your item and update on their site as 'Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed' for as many number of days as they can, and then return the courier back. This has happened twice with me in the last 2 times that i had to receive a shipment via them. They don't even give you a call, neither send you any message that may contain the contact information of the delivery person. There customer service is no less disgusting; they send you a mail if you give them a feedback or complain and never get back to you again with any details; and the people at their regional centers don't care to pick up the call when you ring them. Altogether, avoid it if you want to send a courier and try the same if you have an option while receiving too.

β β β β β Just horrible... Disgusting... they are really not being in this business... I don't know why are they even chosen as a courier service... They have totally ruined my festival plans... They don't even deserve one star... I couldn't write a review without giving a star that's why had to mark one.. But these guys are worthless... Useless... Useless... Useless.
I wish they learn their lesson in life one day.

Courier delivery person never called recipient.
No contact details of near by blue dart branch on web site.
Very pathetic.

β β β β β Great service by Mr Ashok! This is the kind of guy that helps an organisation grow. So transparent about the charges. The problem with any courier is about delivery I guess. The delivery guys are having a stressful work schedule I guess. Booking process seems fine everywhere. The delivery process needs to be improved by not burdening the delivery guys I think.

Apart from that parking space is not available, management must take care of parking for customers.
Sitting arrangements and water facilities must be made available.
