I have a critical courier from Banglore that has been received locally by these bafoons at least 5 days back and they have not arranged for delivery even till the time I am writing this review. Basically, even this 1 Star is very high for them.
The local team is seriously Pathetic and BlueDart needs to take these unprofessional guys up for a training and ensure that they work better. Trust me with a newer Delivery Network, Amazon does much better job and they never miss a beat to excel in their delivery timelines.
