★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorest courier services.. in the morning my product was out for delivery but they didn't deliver it till the end of the day. Didn't even got any call by their side, nor they provide contact number of the delivery boy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad experience I have ever had with any courier company. Although my number in the box but they didn't try at once to call me. Can't believe this kind of experience from such a giant delivery service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with one of the delivery Executive. They did not deliver on the home location and asked to come on the main road. Created sense of urgency that the product will be returned if not collected right now.

1st they held parcel for a day, then made a false update "Out-for-Delivery" when I called and emailed All-India Cust Care. No delivery till the evening.
Finally found the local number mentioned in one of the reviews below, the guy asked me to install AnyDesk App and verify mobile number by paying Rs 10, else forget the delivery today. I did NOT do that (AnyDesk is remote control SW and he was trying to trap me into hacking my phone)
Couple of minutes later I again got "Out-for-Delivery" msg and the del-boy called me to come somewhere on his route to take the parcel... I did that as i was not more willing to follow up.
Over-all a pathetic exp, not expected from BlueDart

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services. Blue dart Dhanbad is worst. They never deliver the parcels and update incorrect status like door closed, incorrect address,etc. When you call them they will ask you to file a complaint against them. But, they will not deliver. If anyone from Bluedart official is able to see this post ,kindly respond back with email id.
