★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I approached Mr. Ravi Kumar for change in name on my PAN card. I contacted him on phone, he told me clearly what documents to bring to his office. Once I was in his office, I told him about my case, he listens very carefully, and tells you the procedure needed. He even walked with me to photo studios nearby his office and told them the photo specification needed.
After the change was completed successfully, he even followed up with me over email to check if I got the new PAN.
His price was also very reasonable. I had other agents who quoted more than twice what he quoted.
Overall Amazing service from all aspects!
