β β β β β Worst experience. I booked my two tickets and I applied for my refund and they just cheated us by charging TDS and DOM. When I contacted Eithad they said there are no such taxes to be charged we only charge for cancellation fees. This company is fraud and they are not giving my refund money which is more than 2 lakhs.

The IVR system is as mentioned by others. Cannot get through and talk to the staff.
You have to visit the office to know the status.
Customer service needs to be overhauled.

β β β β β Best travel company. Reliable and trustworthy. It is a pleasure working with Pallavi in tours. She handles requests with patience and will always talk calmly. They will make the itinerary to customer satisfaction and will even followup and assist customers on their tour if they need any support.
They process visas regardless of whether you have booked tickets through them. All the people are very supportive in every department.
I enjoy working with this company.
