★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a pathetic and unprofessional customer service provider. I was literally begging for a home visit to check my blue star appliance (which is truly good for nothing). The complainant was booked on June 18, 2020 under ticket#B20081801574 and I have been assured by the customer service that technician will visit the site within 24-48 hours due current COVID19 condition, but no one turns up yet.
After, June 18, 2020 I have made numerous attempt to know the true reason for delay but I never received proper information. The local BLUE STAR service center number never pick my call. So, all and all they are literally harassing their customers.
