I have just returned from the revered CHAR DHAM YATRA (Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath & Badrinath), which is considered the ultimate spiritual experience and an absolute to do in the Hindu religion. It was a very personalized yatra by chartered choppers and completed in a highly astonishingly short time of 36 hrs. To say that the tour was once in a life time experience would be an understatement. It was spirituality in the midst of the picturesque and intimidating Himalayas. We had breathtaking views of the gigantic and beautiful Himalayas during our chopper rides. The trek to Yamunotri was laced with postcard scenes and was a riveting experience. The spiritual fervor and aura around the Kedarnath temple, coupled with the divine darshans, made up for a fulfilling experience. All this, coupled with the highly professional, friendly and endearing hospitality by the tour organizer BLUEHEIGHTS AVIATION PVT. LTD., made this a highly rewarding experience. To start with, it was a hassle free and smooth online booking with them. They took complete charge of our group of 18 people right from the time we landed in Dehradun. Highly service oriented and smiling personnel ferried us around, not allowing us to handle a single luggage. The pilots in-charge of the 3 choppers allotted to us were skilled and professionals to the core. They being highly decorated ex-service men boosted our confidence and convinced us that we were in safe hands. Also they being extremely knowledgeable about the mountains and also the hindu mythology associated with these temples, they doubled up as perfect tour guides for us. A big round of cheers goes to Capt. Puneet Bakshi, Capt. Puneet Khanna, Capt. Nayyar and Capt. Pratap. Once we got down from the choppers at the designated points, help in the form of ever smiling and affable personnel was at hand. Right from holding our hands from the chopper to guiding us to the VIP darshans and returning us back, they were highly helpful and concerned about us. The vehicles used to ferry us around were luxurious and comfortable and they were open for suggestions whenever we made one. In fact, the chopper landing right in the vicinity of the Kedarnath temple was an experience in itself. We were always informed meticulously about the itinerary and updated immediately whenever there was a tweaking. The accommodation provided for us at Dehradun was again luxurious and comfortable. To stay in Hershil which is known as the mini Switzerland of India in the midst of scenic beauty of the Himalayan glaciers with the holy Ganga flowing around the resort in cozy settings was highly rejuvenating and an experience worth remembering. The food provided for us all throughout was highly delicious to the taste buds and soft on the gut. All this, coupled with the divine darshans of the almighty in the SANTUM SANCTORIUMS of the most celebrated temples of Hindu religion made for an experience worth remembering for an eternity. This would be incomplete and a travesty of justice if I do not mention the names of Sri. Rajesh Singh ji (Director) and Sri. Piyush Mathur ji (CEO) of BLUEHEIGHTS AVIATION PVT. LDT., who were there right from the word go to the completion of the tour, multitasking as the coordinators, organizers, tour guides and trouble shooters. This fulfilling experience has only warmed us up and god permitting, left us craving and looking forward to a repeat tour next season. ALL IN ALL, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I booked a day trip to kedarnath badrinath. I was a solo traveler To start they changed my dates to accommodate themselves. I was originally book for May 10 then got switched to May 11. I had made my booking to stay in Dehradun per May 11 date. I get a text message few days before that now I am booked for May 10. I accommodate it. The owner Rajesh came with wife and staff the night before. Very nice people, however work ethics are not compassionate to their traveler. I had booked for a day trip. I was told to report at 8:30am. When I got there I was told it was delayed by 5 to 6 hours due to weather. Other helicopter were functioning. We waited till 3 pm. I had asked to let me know honestly if it was possible to still return on the same day. Ground staff said yes. I boarded helicopter knowing we were headed directly to kedarnath. That was not the case. It dropped us in the middle of nowhere. There we were 5th in line for kedarnath. There were two elderly ladies who could barely walk with us. No consideration. After much struggle we got to kedarnath. There was no one there to receive us. I was told I would get vip darshan to skip the lines. Didn’t happen. I was told if I had to overnight they would take care of it. They found a place. We paid for it. No heaters, the group was not prepared with proper clothings. No direction was given. We were promised meal. Didn’t happen. With the high altitude I got sick at night. Weathered it out. Next morning took us to badrinath again halt in the middle. They were very nice people there. Made the group very comfortable. Arrived in badrinath. Good escort there. Rushed to get back as I was to come back to dehradhun by 10 am to make the evening flight from Delhi. The crew rushed us but once did not mention we won’t be picked up in time. My co travelers wanted to have breakfast. That didn’t happen because crew are not honest about informing passenger of what to expect and when. NRI. Please be very careful. There is no compassion or understanding. It is like taxi service not truly a charter. Charter would be dedicated to your travel plans for the day not jerked around like we were. I feel sorry for the elderly who travelled all the way there and couldn’t get proper treatment.
