★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst quality Geyser and Company... Badly rusted within 6 months and started leaking creating a short circuit. Service Center took 2 months to respond. Outer body is supposed to be rust proof but the base cover has rusted badly due to tank leakage but company technician refuses to replace. I've had other brands of geysers working fine for over 15 years. Planning to file a complaint in Consumer Forum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definately the best price for the geyser so far, I can't speak for the product's durability yet a I am using it only for a month so far. Don't expect to go in, look around and decide, as this is a dealership not a retail place you are entertained only if you know what you want. Walk in name the (Johnson) product you want and UPI the money and take home your product, atleast that was my experience in their. Reading back at the comments here, I am thinking now I didn't speak much about the warranty terms or claims.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big time cheat. Firoz took my Geyser, to replace coil and charged 5 times the price of a coil. Entered my house without my permission and knowledge and damaged my AC and Chimney also. After this he ran off and stopped responding. Did not return the Geyser coil assembly replaced and did not give the bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst places, lack of conduct towards customer. Makes you wait for the longest. And the wait is not worth it too because you’ve gotta keep running to the store back and forth to get your electrical fixed. To conclude it is ultimately the WORST! Please fix yourself and the broken items that we bring for the first time. Learn to treat well with the customer. You own what you are because of them.
