★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching for a good salon for a haircut in pratap nagar. After browsing for 2-3 days, I came across this one. The reviews were nice so thought of giving it a try. Below is my experience:
1) the hairdresser started cutting my hair without wetting it. He didn't even apply the serum.
2) he was detangling my hair ruthlessly.
3) the staff was impolite.
4) paid 300 rupees for just a hair cut excluding of hair wash and hair styling
My experience was not pleasant. I found the hair cut just okay. I didn't find the salon to be customer centric. I would definitely look for other salon in the future.
