★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As maintained by BMC it is not so good. Renovations are not being done in time. People aslo using this as father's property.
However well planned hall for wedding and all perty/ function activities. The hall is also having a good parking place.
Add 50 plates extra as the near by slum people will enter and eat with out control. But add for safer side and charity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is located two lanes behind bhubaneswar club. Someone new may have to ask people to get to it. The amenities are typical as found in govt. Kalyan mandaps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice space for wedding and other functions. Also can be booked at a cheap rate as it is by bmc. Clean place with nice maintenance and good service. Both outdoor and indoor Catering is available. Just one problem is that it does not have a good parking space available. Outer road is too congested
