★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bird automotive is the least customer centric brand. Struggled through out for getting the car repaired and still there is no time line given. My car is with them since 8th December and they don't habe spair parts available in india. Bird automotive is still asking for another 20 days to wait. Their service center staff is super slow and they don't know their job specially santosh kumar, shekhar Saini and Nishant R. I had multiple round of calls with them in last 20 days with 6 different guys and all these guys had their own version.Their program called secure is worst program.i would suggest not buy from bird.
