★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to buy a 3 Series GT at Krishna BMW. The conduct of the representative was thoroughly unprofessional. We had an appointment with Mercedes after we TD the BMW but the representative stalled us to make sure that we miss the appointment.
Now when it came to car, the car they showed us had M3 Alloys and low profile tires, and some other accessories. We thought that since it was GT, may be the alloys and tires came along. However when we finalized the car, representative gave us the shock that it was 1.5 Lakh extra. After negotiating and agreeing to pay an extra 1 lakh, on delivery they shoved the regular profile tires on the car, saying that even the tires were extras.
Why cant these things be clarified at the first place like Mercedes did. First thing they told was the list accessories which were on display car were extras.
We loved the product and if we had a choice of dealership, we would not have taken it from Krishna Autos.
Fingers crossed for the after sales experience.
