★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with BNB consultant . The consultants are well trained and follow up themselves for cases. Others don't even take calls once money is taken. I visited the office along with my 2 friends. One has successfully received the visa and other was clearly informed that his case is wk so it is his call if he wants to take the risk . Others agents just want to grab money and will give you false hopes. Looking forward to visit soon for my PR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor services from Ms. Beena Kadyan. Initially they charged INR 5000 for just to send a degree from my University to WES which was way to much than actual charges. However, i did not bother much about charges because i just wanted my job to get it done thats why i paid, later they call again and informed me that they require separate payment for marksheets to send it to WES and it will take INR 11,500 more. I feel it was a complete harassment for a customer because they have not informed about separate payment for marksheets. Well it was way above my budget to pay INR 16,500 in total for this small job so i asked Ms. Kadyan to refund me back my money of INR 5000 which she refused to return. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CONSULTANCY SERVICE TO ANYONE AS THEIR ONLY AIM IS TO DRAG MORE AND MORE MONEY OUT OF THE POCKET OF THEIR CUSTOMER AND IF YOU PAID THEM ONCE, IT MEANS YOU ARE TRAPPED BECAUSE THEY WILL NEVER REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE NOT STARTED PROCESSING YOUR DOCUMENTATION.
