Services are very poor. Doctors are good, but very limited number of doctors are available. Sister and nurses are use to run the word. They are rude, even doctor force to follow them. My patients got transferred to general bed from icu by sister without doctor permission.

One of the worst system is available, you just have to move from one office to other if some work is there. Worst nurse don't have manners to talk. Actually you will hate coming to this hospital. But friends have hope as well as confidence. You will have to fight here then only work will be done. Indian govt. is working like 60 s.

This hospital is within the vicinity of the South Eastern Railway's north colony premises. The facilities are very good and the quality of treatment should receive for a worthy of appreciation and praise. Moreover the surrounding ambience are pleasurable and soothing. Accessible for ♿???. My mother also used to work here and served great. she always trusted this hospital whenever she had to admit due to any health problems. She got infected by COVID and we took her to BNR hospital as usual. she got tested and in the X-Ray it was clearly visible that her lungs got infected already but instead of starting with the fast treatment the nurses and doctors started with Paracetamol. I don't understand why? Within 2 days she got shifted to COVID ICU and there all are contractual staffs. BNR management is running COVID ICU department with only 1 doctor at a time and rest others are under-qualified staffs. All of them joined just for money. Those under-qualified people are cleaning the floors and also taking care of patients. Just imagine how irresponsible the BNR management is. The day when I went to meet her wearing the PPE Kit, I saw that my mother was trying to call a young lady staff, showing her hand to the young lady, who was standing in front of my mother's bed. But, that young lady was sharing her mobile number to another young lad who was also working over there as contractual staff. When I asked that lady why she didn't respond to my mother, she said that she cannot understand what she was saying. Well, she cannot understand but she should have that much sense that a patient needs help and she should call the contractual doctor there. I went to my mother and asked her about her problems, she could not be able to talk as she was under oxygen mask. I tried and finally understood that oxygen was not passing. So, I called the doctor, who was sitting in her cabin and was chatting with another male doctor. She came and poured solution inside the bipap machine, so it means my mother was inhaling dry oxygen. The doctor even changed her saline. So, all these they did when I went there and told them, else they all would have keep romancing over there. But these are not their faults, its the BNR management who hired these under-qualified people who doesn't know anything about healthcare and hospitality. So, I really doubt whether BNR management people does understand about hospitality? The doctor who was assigned to her, he suggested Remdeseveir (the main medicine), after a week and her lungs got even badly infected and finally my mother expired. The contractual staffs over there used to move my mother and other patients like potato bags, they never used to treat them as humans. they all joined because BNR management hired them for less money and those under-qualified idiots know that they will not get any other job for survival, its easy to join as contract and after few years become under-qualified permanent employee in BNR. Since, its a hospital issue and we can do nothing reporting to the police as this was a MURDER. a MURDER by hiring under-qualified people for the treatment of PANDAEMIC. Similarly, lot many people were murdered under COVID department of BNR hospital. But, if the Managing Director or any higher official would have admitted under COVID department, then all the time monitoring would have happened, but not for other patients. That's the CHEAP quality and mentality management people for BNR hospital. In today's time, the whole BNR hospital is infected by COVID and I wish all those people (Contractual and BNR management) lose their most loveable person due to lack of treatment, common sense, hospitality, monitoring under upcoming COVID situations. Then only these people will understand the difference between humans and potato bags. Just passing out a healthcare course doesn't prove you are eligible to become a doctor and nurse. You should be a good human being first, understand the responsibility and meaning of hospitality, not just earning money from the Government.
