Do not purchase anything. From last 5 days i raised 5 times callback request from manager but no one responded and now rhey are next available on monday.
I purchased rokerz 335 in june it stopped working in july and i replaced it in 10 days. Then recently like within 3 months it also stopped working in the same manner as before and i sent it for replacement but now they're saying thta 335 is temporarily disabled and i have to purchase from alternate options.
There giving me options like 330 which worth almost 75% of what i paid for 335 or they are giving me outdated product options. Otherwise they said they'll refund only 60%.
And one more thing they do not answer to mails they do not connect over calls, if you do not accept and do not agree with them, they diconnect the call and then you have to again connect with them everytime.
Its really pathetic and frustrating.
Even you can check out their post commens on insta, people are real annoyed by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad product, shame on you boat you do not think about your customers, you guys , i bought a ear bud 221 and it has sound issue I visited at your service center, they said it is now discontinued so plz change it door to door option , i checked over there but there is no option fir 221 again I contected to s c they said contact to customer support, i contected over there said have asked to mail ,. Mailed also back to till now did not get any response, this is your customer support, this type of facilities r u providing to your customers , you are heraasing yiur customers by doing this .Shame on you boat , shame on you Aman Gupta for this type of support .

My registered complaint ticket no is 3556370 and it has been more than 30 days passed but still my problem has not been resolved.
TAT for registered complaints already violated. Kindly understand my pain. How important is my earphone for me as i have to attend daily VC...Now due to your poor service I have to buy another earphone of another brand.
This kind of poor service raised my belief in the Boat brand.Hi Boat Team,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked a Boat product(Home theatre) online in boat's website, almost before Diwali. 20 days over. Still didn't receive the product. Lot of drama continued from their Courier Partner(Ecom Express) which is another disaster. I have been chasing the boat customer care since 15 days more than 50 calls. Still the status is same. They are neither delivering the product nor returning the money. Still waiting... Very painful and frustrating. Oher than customer care, there is no better way to reach them or escalate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never Ever buy products from there site direct, always go for amazon or Flipkart, They have worst delivery partner Name "DELHIVERY". i have been paid for the product and still 2 weeks late in delivery and no update, daily a new date updated on their site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered earphone from boAt from Amazon. They didn't last 2months. Cheap quality of products needs to be taken as a concern by the company.
Every single product is imported from China. Hence, Quality is not satisfactorily. Pls invest on RnD and establishing manufacturing units in India. This will boost not only your products quality but also give a strong sentiment to go for boAt products rather than other products.

It’s not make in India it’s a trash in India cheap quality high price
Even Chinese giving good product with cheap price and your so call warranty don’t give that your replacement took 40 days! If some order from any site it took 2-4 days to deliver and your replacement took 40+ days! And no refund if someone asking I just wasted my money
