And staff was really good all were talking in very good manner proper social distance was there and proper sanitization was there

The service center of Boat is opened here just for the sake of it.
Location is way too worst. The service centre is in such a bad place.
The behavior was very rude of all the staff including Shop owner.
They made me wait for 35mins and after they said they dont repair the earpods they just exchange.
They do not have any staff. Maximum times the Authorized Staff of Boat is on Lunch.
They do not give any Correct information.
No repairing center is there, no facilities were provided, no Info was given.
Staff was way too rude.
Very Pathetic experience.
Didn't expect such a worst service experience from a Company like BOAT.

If your are visiting to claim warranty for any Boat product please make sure to bring hard copy of invoice.
Map link on Boat website is not correct.
No board of Boat service center for recogination.
This shop is at T point when you go towards the old market and besides of Miglani bakers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location in the map is bit wrong. I visited center to claim warranty but timing was wrong on google when i ask the owner mr. Naresh about that so he say we don't update anything on Google to be careful before going. Timing is 10.00am to 6.00 Pm. Sunday close but it not show on Google map. Remember to bring A Hard Copy To claim any boat product they won't accept email.
