The staff doesn't make you feel welcomed and is snobby! I did not have a good experience here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Dealt with an employee named Naveen and his attitude and behaviour was terrible. He was extremely rude and unapologetic about his behaviour. Would be taking this up with the store manager. Have been a big fan of Bobbi Brown products, however won’t be visiting the store again due to repeatedly dealing with clearly untrained and unprofessional employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, visited the @BobbiBrown store on 5th Feb 2021 as I wanted to buy their liquid lipsticks. However, once I purchased it and got back home, I realised that the bottle looked dried up as there were blank patches in the tube. Got to know that the latest stock they're selling here dates back to 06/2019! Makes one feel as though the old stock from the overseas market is being dumped for the Indian consumer.
I also went ahead and brought it to the notice of the brand's social media team and they don't seem to care. All they'll say that the 'use before date' matters which is June 2021. But why should Indian consumers get such old stock for a premium rate?
#NotCool for a premium brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheater staff. Forget buying, don’t even visit
My wife purchased a 30ml bottle of foundation. While my wife was contemplating whether to buy or not, the sales lady said as per the current running offer they will Give one mascara free with the foundation. She showed the mascaras that they will give.
After we made the payment and the bill was generated what she gave half the size of what they showed that too was open and used. There was a sticker on it which said ‘For Demonstration. Not for Sale’ which means that this is for trial makeup of prospective customers.
We didn’t realise at that moment and as soon as we realised we went back and complained to the store manager and they said this is all they can give. Feeling cheated, we asked them to refund our money and take back the original product they refused to do that too. “We do not refund” that’s all the store manager said and also that we can file a complaint if we want and gave us some fake gmail complaint ID.
Such a big brand cheating customers like this.
Cheater staff. Forget buying, don’t even visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product is fantastic but it was a huge turn off by one of the staff who was extremely rude with me.
Sampling isn't allowed on face no problem (it's understandable due to covid)
But when the client is told by staff to apply on hand (isn't our hand prone to covid more than the eyes?
And what is the problem if I am testing the product from my hand to my face?
There is a way to talk to your clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is a big turn off . Just dont know how to deal with clients. Barely interested in entertaining anyone. Radhika at the store was very rude for no reason. Not to visit ever. No one is there to guide you or even talk to you nicely. Highly disappointed.
