Great ambiance, professional coach, flexible workout program. If you are determined for a change Bodyfit is the right place because it's never too late.

Motivation is still intact. Am fully happy with the outcomes. And definitely good training, great trainer is all you need. That's what body fit has.

Reason being ....
1. Well Equipped
2. AC (3 No.) are running
3. Most important - 3 Trainers are behind you like army commandos, you do or u leave as your own.
4. Nice Behavior
As per my past experience trainer was not concern about me, just I was doing my own but here in my age (46) it is showing effecting workout.
