★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice atmosphere... friendly staff and must say about her.. a military trainer... Nehal Mam. I used to skip many work out but after getting her PT sessions, I started to like it on regular basis. She is very friendly but strict as well. Her strictness helps me with my weight loss effectively. I must recommend to join this gym if you are looking for weight loss.

excellent atmosphere for positive vibes and workout mode.
main things are staff is very good and all machines are dual so you never wait for next workout.
higher suggest to any one compare to nearest another gym.
