★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2017, I used to train in this gym but once the owner of the gym barred me from training because I wear high ankle leather shoes (Note- many international bodybuilders like 8 time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman and Branch Warren and many more old school bodybuilders used the same type of shoes for hard training because its sport your foot and ankle while heavy squatting leg press and deadlift. Many used the same boots for training because it's gym training not running. and these shoes have hard sol that support in heavy squat and dead lift and its high ankle leather material protect your ankle from pop out even in ARMY they use this type of shoes or you can do it bare foot on hard floor but that not possible for everyone who have foot injury .) And I had a major injuries in my both foot, couple of years ago ankle of my left foot was badly dislocated and in my right foot, all the 5 metatarsal was fractured and operated by doctors so I had to take care of them and even I told him that but he didn't care and he was offering me somebody's old running shoe, so after a few days, I left that gym even I had membership left. I really get disappointed with that uncle. As he thinks he has knowledge but he didn't because this sport is not like others. and I'm in this industry for more than 10 years and also have a connection with professional international bodybuilders. what he did to me, that thing was stupid.
