Plus Point: Location, Senior Citizen Society.

I have to say , Temple Gym is the Best fitness gym in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough good things about this gym . The instructors are respectful and knowledgeable. There is a great balance of techniques and conditioning , brand new students are treated with the same respect as the veteran pros, and there are plenty of both , I get better every day here!

It has all what is needed to stay fit and the best part is the support and advice you get from the owner, kind of personal training in terms of correct form, schedule and diet-what more one looks for in a gym!! I simply love it!
