★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Staff Ever. Uneducated & manner less staff.
Their is not fixed person on reception to attend calls. Any staff member pickup call an miscommunicates the things, And when patient tries to show their mistakes, they simply asks them for proof.
Especially senior staff, they don't even have sense that how to behave with patients who called up or come personally to hospital to take appointment.
And Dr Mudassir sir also encourages their staff's misbehavior with patients. And pretends that it's patient's duty to tolerate this misbehavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady that answers the phone is always triggered and rude even when u call twice to confirm the appointment she is like "bar bar phone maat karo" Chai se zyada kitli is always garam. It's almost like she bullies you and forgets the fact that we pay for the services she provides us with. Any self respecting person should avoid this place but if you have a fetish for people yelling at you go ahead enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff I have ever seen . Third class clinic I recommend not to go to this doctor . Uneducated staff do not even how to treat with the patients , I had personally visited and see this unkind behaviour with their patients .I don't know the doctor behaviour but the staff is completely pathatic and mannerless.I rushed out immediately after this whole scene happens ... disgusting staff .

I just now visited the Hospital for my Father in Law Dr. Does not take any relative inside with the patient. My concern is that why relatives comes with patient if the patient is not in the condition to speak how he/she will speak to you. I know you are still following the guidelines for covid. You think if relative will have coronavirus than patient can also have too.
If you have fear of covid you should do all patient covid test first than only you should take the opd.
Never seen such a type of worst hospital.
Worst Hospital in Boisar Maharshtra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited the clinic. The Doctor doesn't have way to talk to the patient, very rude and unkind. I have nothing against the profession and the skill, he may be the best but the people's skill is the WORST. Treating patient like we are some kind of slaves. The patient just tried to state the concern and not hurt any sentiments of yours. Maybe next time try and keep your ego at bay. Not recommending someone who is ready to sacrifice self respect.
