The took the urgent package which was to be delivered with in 4 days as but it's been 15 days and they don't even reply properly where the package is.
Totally horrible experience.
And waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is most useless courier services, I have ever seen in my life time. They have denied delivering on the required place. They want to deliver only to nearest place. In charge us telling if you want to take it , take it either i will return. Also he made statement , i did big mistake calling you , i should have returned this. Please don't go with this courier , either your receiver has to suffer like any thing.

Terrible terrible service, my dad sent two parcels to two different places in UK and they charged different prices explaining them it costs more to my place for which my dad paid. They actually sent both the parcels to my brother place which they charged less and when we tried to ask them they were telling they dont know because they sent parcel from khammam( my place in Telangana) and may be in Hyderabad they sent it together. When i checked it with DPD in UK they stated nothing of such sort exist and told we cant help because it is done in India by a different company. Even the delivery time they tell is not true, it actually takes more time than they say. If you want to receive your parcel with out any trouble better choose some other company.
