I placed an order for one bed and one almirah on 18th nov 20 and date of delivery as assured by Sardarji and Sanjay was 22nd nov 20. As informed by them that y product is ready for delivery I visited on 22nd with y transport and found that my Bed had been sold to someone else.I was very annoyed and it was for newly married couple. Then he gave me another date 25th nov now the excuse was that my almirah has ben sold.
They just mentally harrass their customers after taking the advance payment . Finally I ask if they can cancel the order...sounds even more simple right?! Wrong ...apparently they can’t do that either! Utterly shocked by the uselessness of their service and the unhelpfulness of their team :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought furniture from then in the month on October, 2020. Quality of mattress they provided is absolutely poor and mattress started flattening in only 2 months. On complaining they asked for the bill (understandable), which I did not have. However on asking them to check for the same in the bill book they have, the staff started arguing saying that they don't keep a record of sale and distroy it.
Over all experience - Very poor.
I will not be purchasing anything from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a scam first I ordered a almirah then they delivered the almirah 20 days late of date of delivery and when the almirah comes the lock is broken of the almirah and when I told them twice to change the lock they didn't respond go somewhere else like in kirti nagar kirti Nagar is far better than tilak nagar they will make a far better quality almirah in plyboard the almirah in tilak nagar was a particle board almirah which is not a very good quality they charged more than plyboard almirah which is a far better quality almirah so pls make your decision wisely and don't get scamed go online like IKEA or pepper fry they have far better option than the tilak nagar market
