★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 month back I have shifted to Pune with this Packers and Movers, that was my worst experience. The boy( sent by dealer) who took my car to cargo, theft petrol(10L) and Original Air pressure pump of Roger company (worth Rs 4500) from my car. When I complained to chief dealer, he didn't respond and later ignored my phone. I never suggest any one for this Movers and Packers.

Recently we courier our bike from Jaipur to Guwahati through this courier company and a person named "Sandeep" picked up our bike from our location and we filled up the form and he told us the total amount money of Rs. 8000/- and we paid the full amount and he told me that he will send me the tracking number on my email. After the work was done me and my friends left for Delhi. After 2 days I still haven't received the tracking number so I called him again around 9.30pm to send me the tracking number and around 11.30pm, I receive a mail from him but it wasn't a tracking number instead it was a bill amount of Rs.26999/- and at that moment I rang him up and talked to him and he said that it includes the gst,insurance and what not. It was at that moment that we relieazed that we got fooled by him. We were soo worried and din't know what to do, so after few minutes we decided to go back to Jaipur and get back the bike. So we reached Jaipur around 7am in the morning and we dint knew where is his office located at since we got his number from google and he picked up our package from our location and later we just decided to go to one of the agarwal packers which is located at Plot no. 118 Rajni Vihar, Heerapura, Ajmer Road, Jaipur. And when we arrived at the agarwal office,we met Mr. K.K. Kasnia and we told him our problems and he told me to show the reciepts and all and I gave him the number of that person named 'Sandeep' and Mr K.K.Kasnia called him and at first Sandeep told Mr. K.K that he have already parcel our bike. But then later we came to know that he haven't courier our bike yet. So Mr. k.k called sandeep again to return our bike but he isn't willing to return our bike. So, we told Mr. kk to tell Sandeep to keep the amount of Rs. 8000 and to return our bike So Mr. kk called and talked to him and he agreed. The bike was worth 6lakh, it's a benelli tnt 600 and All thanks to Mr K.K. Kasnia for helping us out and getting our bike back. I'll be attaching a picture of Sandeep (the person who fooled us) and a receipt that he send me instead of the tracking number. Thank you and please be careful of this courier company

have arranged some other source of conveyances also i noticed that they didn't packed my
mattresses it was in the same condition from
where they picked it although they ensured that they will pack this also my bike was also transported. So at the end as the luggage was mine so i somehow managed one loading auto from nearby and than put my stuff myself all mattresses, my fridge , cooler and everything in that auto and for my bike i called my friend to pick it up as i was already having my car, also when i get angry on that driver he told
No help was provided to me i am completely dissatisfied with their services and not suggest to anyone.google doesn't provide star less than 1 otherwise you deserve minus star below than one.
