Our house help Seema looked very desperate and utterly disappointed. On enquiring, she mentioned that she was compelled to take out her wards from the school they were studying in due to financial crunch. She was highly appreciative of the school and never wanted both her children to be studying in some other school that make vivid compromises on quality of education. I decided to get in touch with the decision-makers at Bombay Public School in order to find out the possibility that how the children may continue studying there and she might also find relief amidst her pecuniary crisis. I got an appointment with their Director, Mr. Akshay Singh Chauhan and when I met him, I realized that the top management at Bombay Public School is tirelessly and continuously working towards providing quality and contemporary education to everyone including those who have limited means and need it the most i.e. the children from lesser-privileged section. The team at the school works on curating excellent global leaders with values, social conscience and patriotism I met Mr. Chauhan and he not only extended huge rebate to the already affordable fee, but also an option to pay on a monthly basis. It was a huge respite to Seema and she was more than delighted that her children will continue receiving quality education. I decided to learn more about it to share it with others. The school came into being in the year 2005 with Tulsi Nagar as the first campus and it is the main campus as well. There are three other campuses as well viz. Singapore Campus, Nyay Nagar Campus and Mayakhedi Campus. There are around 1,000 students in total across all the four campuses. The main campus is spread across 6,000 sq. feet area and it can be aptly termed as well-equipped in all respects. Every inch of the area is optimally utilized and appears bright and vibrant.The school is affiliated with Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education and offers education to Grades Nursery to XIIth. Despite the fact that the fee is affordable, the look and feel of the school, user-friendly amenities, quality and experience of mentors and cleanliness and hygiene are inspiring. The school emphasizes on academic part through progressive pedagogy, well-equipped laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Computer, well-stocked library and co-scholastic initiatives through sports (both indoor and outdoor), art & craft, dance, music (vocal and instrumental) and others. The school also offers coaching in Self Defense including Judo, Karate and other forms of Martial Arts. The school has an in-house Yoga & Meditation Centre as well. Along side the students, BPS focuses on developing and nurturing its faculty members via range of training sessions in various relevant areas and modules. The school has its own ten vehicles which are well-maintained and well-manned by experienced and verified drivers and conductors. I wish them luck in their noble and enlightening endeavour.
