Bought a 8000/- sari, when I opened the package at home it had multiple spots. To exchange it, they took extra 800/- Very unprofessional people. Not recommended at all.

I purchased 3 Sarris from this outlet for my wedding. They asked me to collect the same after 1 week. I asked them to deliver at Noida outlet, which is in DLF mall of India. After 1 week when I went to collect, I took my packet in hurry without checking the stuff.
Later when I went to my Boutique for blouse stitching, I found 1 blouse is missing out of three. I called at the outlet immediately & told them that 1 blouse is missing. Sales man said mam once u come back from your wedding we will check it for you. After my wedding when I went at the store, they behaved so rudely including the branch manager n said that we have given all the stuff. It’s only you who misplaced the blouse.
Unexpected behavior from the staff and when I asked for the owner detail, they said there is no owner or u can say we are the owners here. Go wherever you wanted to go n complain. We cannot do anything for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pathetic staff to speak with customers..if you are going to exchange your fabric staff will treat you like unwanted guest at home and while showing other material they will keep reminding you that which material is going to adjust in your
return value or not...when i was complaining to senior staff they all laugh and shout at me ...this is ridiculous...worst experince in my 18 years of visits to bombay selection

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE SALES STAFF!!! PATHETIC PEOPLE TO THEIR VERY CORE. The sales person do not have ettiquettes to deal with female customers. They act as if they are doing you a favour by showing you the clothes they have on display and the nerve to utter nonsense if you do not like their clothes... HORRIBLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. Will NOT recommend to any respectable indivisual who wants to spend his/her hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello everyone. I live in Australia. I visit New Delhi every 1 year or so and do all my shopping from Lajpat Nagar only. I had a very bad experience with Bombay selection staff as well and quality of their products in Lajpat nagar.
I bought a Saari in Dec 2019 bring it to Australia and wore it for couple of hours once only and the saari has got cloth bubbles( ruha in Hindi) in multiple places. When my sister in law went to the place and complaint about it, the staff kept on saying no guarantee for the cloth and talked so rudely. Even I was on video Whatsapp showing what happened to the saari but the staff is disgusting.
I will strongly recommend everyone not to waste their money buying things from this shop. These guys are horrible.
Unfortunately have to give single star rating otherwise they will not allow me to post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could have given 0 star if google had allowed me,The salesperson of Saree department was very rude and talking ill-mannered to my mother as she came 2nd time to the shop, Last time she visited to the store and didn't purchase anything,Next time she took me to the store to buy some saree she liked there,But the salesperson wasn't supportive, He was telling other salespersons to not to show stuff as she hadn't purchased anything last time.
He was telling this in front of me again and again, I couldn't bear and left the store.
As a customer its my choice to see stuff,have some comparison in my mind and thn buy. He wasn't supposed to talk to my mother like this.
Very rude and ill-mannered staff.

Scam shop.
They replaced bridal lehenga with other low quality lehenga, forced to take that lehenga after telling it's not same, and when told to give same they say take your money with 10% deduction.
They know people won't file cases, bring police and take advantage of that.
Beware of buying anything from here.
