★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife bought suits from bombay selection, shalimar bagh, DT Mall during diwali discount. The salesmen were persuasive in nature and were pushing us to buy items on sale but said those were not returnable. We bought six suits and all of them have defects like some were torn, some had faded color from inside and some even had duppattas and salwar cloth completely gone. See photo to understand my plight. When complaint they shrug off their responsibility saying sales items are not returnable. Sales items are not for free, we paid our hard earned money and in face got cheated.. Stay away from these cheaters at all cost even if they make it look like their items are cheap cost yes, because they are really cheap in quality too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the worst day of my life. My brother’s roka is tomorrow and I am so unsatisfied with the dress from bombay selection shalimar bagh. First of all, the lady manager is VERY RUDE. Her staff is also disappointing. The tailor, who by the way is very egoistic doesn’t understand what has to be done. I was scammed. I literally have to run 2 times today to the store which is btw 30 minutes away from my place then also i am crying. Never buy your clothes from bombay selection. EVER. They will promise you regarding their alterations and everything but their tailors are first of all untrained. The staff isn’t nice to you at all once you purchase the item.
I hated it because
1. There was no hospitality and the lady manager was so rude despite any reason.
2. They did not provide me my kind of fit. If chest was tight, they would lose it so much beyond my fit in the next try and when you will complain, they will literally be very rude to you.
3. The PADS used. My pads were literally cracked and it gave a really old look to the outfit and that happened after the 1st alteration but they were not ready to accept it that there was a problem with the pads and were not willing to replace it at all.
My suggestion would be to not ever go to this store ever. If you do, please don’t interact with the lady manager. Bombay selection is a scam.
