★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience of this shop twice. Rude, impolite shopkeeper. When pointed out their behavior told me that it is my problem that they are rude. Seems this shop care less for customers and had to come out of the store by canceling my order. I suggest don't shop anything from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought 10 CDs from this shop. The owner had given me the CD in a plastic bag. I had asked whether there will be any replacement given if there is any issue and the owner told me yes. After 3 days I went back to return the CD as It was not what was needed for my work and I told the owner to give me a credit note for the same. I bought back the CD in the same way it was given me loosely in a bag. The person refused to take it return telling me that there are scratches. Believe me, there was not a single scratch on it and it was in the same clean condition in the bag. The person was so rude and adamant and refused to help me out. Later on his mother came and told me we don't exchange CD and started to extend the argument. I just took my stuff and left off as I was highly annoyed. I used to buy so much stationery from the place as it is near to my workplace, but I won't visit the place again. Extremely disappointed
