★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow They have WORST customer service ever , I bought a Electric (battery operated) Wheelchair and after a year's time when I wanted Information on battery purchase their representative in andheri or Customer Service on phone have zero knowledge of how to get it , and they have no sensitivity towards the issue and have zero efforts to help someone for the product purchased from them , they are only there to sell the product, ZERO Customer service !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though, so to speak a good old name in market, doesn't fullfill in products availability and Never helpful in service providing of orders taken but never completed and told to go to another Co. at last minute and last hour of need.
No follow up what so ever and no professnalism of commitment of procuring product.
Third time experience. Now Not anymore. So one Star.
Adding one star more only for the variety of products. So ICE its available there so place to visit.
BUT
Never place order. Rate wise also higher than others in same retailing. I am still stuck with a credit note of 6 months of 750/- of wrong product given.!!
