★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful. They make you aware of every details and try to solve your problem as soon as possible. Good International shipping company with helpful staffs. Although google location is exact but there should be a big banner or something like that to specify the office as the office is inside a building which looks like a house and that might be little confusing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use,very bad service. We have handed over the package to them on 26th March 2022 for courier to New Jersey. Till April 6th the courier was kept in Mumbai with local channel partner unattended. After rigourous follow up the courier was shifted to DHL for further delivery to New Jersey.
After courier reached the destination, we were informed that some accessories are missing. I informed the same to dolly mam (owner) but she is not willing to help in finding the missing stuff. Now she is not picking my calls and replying only on WhatsApp.
They charged us for DHL and took local channel partner ending up delayed delivery (almost 16 days) and missing stuff.
