★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If any stations have more trains to go some places bongoan junction one of those , cheapest price food , ticket 97% on time train available , no TT chaos , and biggest thing that the bongaon local is one of the more crowded passenger train in history . But women are always feel safety in night with lady RPF. Also there is two special ladies train available with full protection of RPF IN NIGHT ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Station is ok type. But, no public transport available. Either need to take auto rikshaw or cycle rikshaw and no other transport found. Cleanliness is not that much. But the people cooperating goodly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Train are scheduled really late. You need to plan accordingly before starting a journey.
Connecting Train interval (45 min to 1 hour delay)
Usually trains arrive an hour later but due to delay you might have to wait more than 2 hours.
No proper drinking water facility or shops available on platform to buy snacks during your wait time
Beware of pick pocketer and avoid buying food from local vendors as they charge way more.
Station has cleaning because of which 1 star was added.
Overall really dissatisfied with the overall tour of the station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Free wifi Available With atleast a good environment and absolute peace at the station.
Food are available with varities of choices but not too much hygienic to eat.
Also you can go in both
@ Bonga Jn->Habra->Barasat Jn->Dumdum Cant->Dumdum Jn->Sealdah (also to Majherhat/Canning Jn directly & some others to from DDJ).
@ Bonga Jn->Ranaghat Jn.(A different line but a short way to goto Ranaghat Jn).
# In 1882–84 the Bengal Central Railway Company constructed two lines: one from Dum Dum to Khulna, now in Bangladesh, via Bangaon and the other linking Ranaghat and Bangaon.
# The Bengal Central Railway was formed in 1881 to construct and operate a line to Khulna. It was merged with Eastern Bengal Railway in 1903.
# DumDum–Barasat–Habra–Gobardanga-Bangaon sector was electrified in 1963–64.
To see it you need to visit Bonga Station having time in your hand and go along direction of train ? ? you came to Bonga Station and follow the "sunsan" rail line and take the free and warm air with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obviously this station plays a vital role as it is situated at the border side. I catch the at right time. A big Netaji Suvas Chandra Bose Sculpture is standing outside of the station. There are some cheap restaurants also, they serve regular Bengali dishes.
