★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just WOW? .... Well organized ... Well behaved staffs ... their suggestions are also good ..
They suggest us take a non veg platter for starter.
At first we thought it might not be a good decision. But finally he convinced us and took the order.. When the platter was served, it looks awesome..just awesome??..worthless??... delicious❤️ taste...The main course ordered was also delicious. Slightly disappointed for Kashmiri Pulao .. It was very sweet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has a beautiful ambiance and its comfortable. Staff members are very kind, polite and professional. Still I am giving it 3 star, due to its food. I visited it twice. Once it was festive time so I understood, quality may get hampered. But my last visit broke my heart. The food was not at all to my expectation. If Bondo Darbar is reading my post, then I will request, please take some time and review your food. Take a bite of your own food during lunch time and I hope you will understand. I truly wish that if I visit you again, your food will help me change this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A multicuisine restaurant specializes in continental foods. Pocket punch for 2 is Rs1200 for Dinner. The mocktails are average. Continental is good. However Mughlai foods tastes pretty bad. The ambiance is good, although table accent lighting to be improved.

This place was suspected to serve stale foods to the customer. FSSAI raid the place and they got expired food products in their Kitchen.
Please Be Aware!...
My orders: Po Pia Tod; Cuban Smoke Sizzler, Mourola Jhal & Mutton Thali.
Serving time: 55 mins (from Ordering).
Now if I try to describe the taste of the dishes in the fewest words, it would be "tasteless".
Far from value for money; Not recommended at all.
The dishes of the Mutton Thali are not even decent. those are utterly tasteless & most of the dishes are not even fresh. Yes, the Alu Vaja was rancid & I didn't recognized the taste & flavour of Dhokar Dalna. Mutton was undercooked (stiff) & the Dal was bad. Mourola jhal was also not fresh, though the taste was decent.
I can't say the sizzler was good. It was decent. The Chicken in the dish was too stiff & I guess it is due to the fact that it was not fresh.
Po Pia Tod was also decent; not good(far from the original taste). The Sauce was good though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location and view adjacent to the Ganges. We had a party in the rooftop banquet. The room has a glass ceiling along with an open terrace, which is beautifully decorated. Good place to host a small party

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally had a poor experience initially when we had ordered the food via Zomato previously. But today had a better experience as we friends visited the hotel physically.
The ambience of hotel is good, pocket pinch came nearly Rs 500/600 per head as majority of us had ordered sizzling sizzlers.
Although taste and service wise the restaurant still needs to improve. Maybe it was due to increased weekend footfalls we got late but then this has to be included while counting service delivery guys.
I've added a pic of sizzlers which was disappointing in taste as the chicken was pretty dry and the fish though cooked well was over powered by lemon.
Recommend to visit once but not more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although food was good but service was not good. Employees are slow and forgetful. We ordered a full chicken tandoori but they instead gave us a half chicken tandoori.??. I would suggest the staff to be more fast.
