★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thieves. Mom left her phone on the shop but realised her mistake almost immediately. She went back, but they out rightly refused. By the time mom came home to inform dad, and they went back to the shop for cctv footage - they deleted the whole day from it... completely disgusting experience
