First of all, it's an exclusive take away counter, there's no seating arrangement.
2. Very limited flavours available in 125/250 ml tub
3. The guy doesn't know anything about ice cream.
4. It costs > ₹200 for 125 ml tub
5. So take your call accordingly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good quality, creamy ice cream. Must try the dark chocolate sea salt and mango passion fruit. They do per scoop/tub.
As an update...their service is deplorable. They open when they feel like and close when they feel like. There is not an ounce of professionalism in the way this joint is run. I wonder how long the taste of their ice cream will keep things going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad ice-cream and if you look at the price, then it's just awful. For Rs 800 a box, it's highway robbery for an inspid ice cream. I got cold coffee flavor and it had hardly any flavor of coffee...salted caramel was marginally more bearable. Don't bother getting it unless u want to waste money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the place with great anticipation after seeing their social media posts but was turned off by the staff's attitude.
First...the entry passage was blocked by a car. We had to look for an alternate path and when we didn't find any, had to squeeze through one of the narrow gaps on the side.
The door to the place was shut but there was a message to ring the bell...ok no probs.
They don't serve scoops only tubs...again not a deal breaker.
There was no seating, we can manage that.
The guy then tells us that they accept cash only...no card or UPI. We told him we only had 500 notes. But the staff asked for specific change. At that point we were too fed up, so we just left. The establishment's attitude seems like they are not interested in having any customers.

Firstly, there was No COD on both Zomato & Swiggy.
.
Secondly, address mentioned in Zomato is wrong, & these Pandemic time, I had to go all the way to Bandstand, whereas, the shop in Bandra.
.
Taste, was not upto mark, as expected/reviewed. It was very hard and over- priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was disappointing.. reading online review of 'boutique ice cream' was looking for some jazz some custom thing.. after travelling for almost an hour.. we discover there is not even a small place to sit and very weird arrangement just to select your flavour basis the board hung in front of you..
On ringing the bell.. person just comes and say quickly tell me your flavour. . Not a gd experience at all..
Only reason for 2 star is the flavours tasted different and nice.
The dark chocolate sea salt was different an ice cream which was sweet and salt..
The lotus biscoff also tasted fairly decent...
Priced at Rs. 240 for the 125 ml Cup..
not worth the price.. also not worth the effort.. time.. distance too..
No second time!
