★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is par excellent. I had a trouble with postal delay of my Sri Ushari books. I could not reach the post-office contact. The concerned person from the book store did reach out to the proper authorities after I had complained and finally the postal team called me to apologize for the delay! I received my books few hrs after that. Just for small set of three books I did not think a seller would go to this length in helping. Genuinely the attitude to help and serve the customers is vividly visible not only via talk but also via the act. I hope the same is retained in the years to come!
