It has been a horrible experience using their services. I had asked these people to make a blouse for my mom. I had asked them to make a simple sweetheart neck for the blouse and they have created a design which looks like a flower. It has arches as the neck design. First, they did not deliver it the day they promised. Secondly, they have put the blame on me that I don't know what a sweetheart neckline looks like. I am sure I am not a designer still when I gave the brief and I was very clear with what was needed to be done. However, the whole team thinks that I do know what a sweetheart neckline looks like. I have put up a picture of what the team made. It was a very costly saree and they wasted the blouse. When I asked for a refund they are just making me go round and round. I have called them 100s of times without a remedy. My mom had to go to a wedding. They have ruined the whole experience for her and the gifting experience for me. My poor mum cannot even wear the saree anymore,that too, because of no fault of hers. They do not care about their Client emotions and fail to understand the problem.

Highly recommended, Was looking for a perfect dress for sister's wedding, but everything in the market was common or simply not matching out expectations. Got to know about Pranshu from a friend, contacted them and guess what... We got it !! We were lucky enough to get a slot in the busy wedding season, a designer visited our place and finally we approved a design and decided to go for it.. TBH at first we were not sure to get the dress on time but the designer and Pranshu herself convinced us to book it. So we did.. and i don't know how they did it but they did an outstanding work that too on time. It cost me a bit more than expected but anything to get that big smile on sister's face when she saw that amazing dress.

Got my dress stitched with them. Dress was well designed and delivered on time. Best part of the service was designers were approachable and I don't have to take much pains between my work schedule and got a good customised dress delivered to me.

Having my kurta and blouse made by BookaDesigner has been one of the finest experience. I had been struggling for a good stitch since 5 years in Bangalore and now I can rely on this one - a really top tailor, a nice cut, a perfect fit and a quality material. Highly recommended.

Cheap and frauds! I would not even give them a 1 star... trust me they don't deserve it!! Don't get fooled looking at the positive reviews, they're either fake or paid. I was fooled by seeing these reviews. In real your local tailor will give you a better service and atleast will treat you better. I gave my wedding saree to revamp it into a dress. A designer named Roli visited my house and understood the design and took the fabric. We discussed making 16 kali anarkali with a cancan, for which she quoted 5000/- (3500/- for anarkali + 1500/- for the cancan). Which is a very high rate compared to the market. When I asked for a discount, they started their cheap tactics saying we're giving you a waiver on designer visiting charge+ Gst, by the way designer visiting charges are nowhere mentioned on their website and also the price mentioned on their website are lower than what they actually quote. When I highlighted this, Roli gave an excuse that website charges are not updated, look how professional they are ☺️ After that there was no communication from their end, when I started asking for my garment then Roli confirmed it's ready and she would send it. I asked her to send a picture of the garment which she sent, after looking at the picture I told her that the anarkali flare is very flat than I expected it to be. I reconfirmed whether it's 16 kali or not, to which she didn't reply. Then I got a call from Pranshu, saying they made 12 kali dress because 12 kali will give more flare than the 16 kali (wow what a way to fool the customer). On this I told her to reduce the stitching charges, but no Madam can't...bcz she's looting the customers, she'll take all single penny that she can. Then came the nightmare, I got the dress delivered, and my god!!! It was in a very bad shape, it was all crumpled they don't even care to give the garment in a proper way. When I tried the garment, the zip opened up, ofcourse the cheap stitching quality. And the major GOOF-UP WAS, THEY DIDN'T PUT THE CANCAN!!! FOR WHICH THEY CHARGED ME 1500/- WHEN I HIGHLIGHTED THIS, THEY WERE CLUELESS. ROLI SAID THAT I ASKED HER NOT TO PUT IT, I DON'T KNOW WHEN? PRANSHU TELLING THAT THEY SENT ME THE GARMENT ONLY FOR THE TRIAL, AND ONCE I CONFIRM THEY'LL CALL BACK THE GARMENT AND PUT THE CANCAN. THIS LADY IS REALLY PROMPT WITH THE LIES. Then too after all this, I requested them to refund me the cancan amount, because they've not put it only and alter the dress. So madam gave me that I will only get ₹700 refund, what a calculation! I asked her to explain the calculation, she started deducting designer visiting charges+ gst (which they were giving me as a discount). They took the money via gpay and they never gave me any bill copy... they're fraudsters and very unprofessional approach towards the customer!! So I will never recommend anyone to waste their time and energy with them

Very worst service given by them...Don't choose this service. I gave my saree which I bought for the wedding and they gave me the bill of 7000 but the output is very worst . For kuchu they took 1250 and for which the actual cost will be less than 300 and the blouse work which they did will cost around 1500
